Built to travel, packed to arrive

Container programmes from Morbi — one quality line for every market, documentation handled end-to-end.

The Programme

How an export order runs

From first sample to bill of lading, the sequence is fixed and visible — you know where your order is at every stage.

Selection & sampling

Choose designs from the live catalogue; physical samples and full-size panels ship for approval before anything goes to production.

Proforma & batch hold

Quantities, sizes and finishes are confirmed on a proforma invoice, and the production batch is held to a single shade lot.

Pre-shipment inspection

Loading is open to your inspection — in person or by agent — with photographs of every stage shared before the container seals.

Logistics

Packing & paperwork, done properly

Export packing standard

  • Corner-protected cartons, shrink-wrapped and strapped on wooden pallets
  • Fumigated, export-compliant palletisation on request
  • Container loading plan issued before stuffing
  • Loading photographs shared before the seal goes on

Documentation handled

  • Commercial invoice & packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • Bill of lading through your forwarder or ours
  • Test certificates and product data sheets on request

One quality line

There is no "export grade" and "domestic grade" here — every market gets the same calibrated, rectified, shade-graded material. What passes our line ships; what doesn't, doesn't.

What to send us for a quote

  • Sizes and approximate quantities (or container count)
  • Destination port and incoterm preference (FOB / CIF)
  • Finish preference — glossy, matt, or a mix
  • Target shipment window
